Holistic Haven

Naturopathic Nutrition & Complementary Therapies to balance mind, body and spirit

Welcome Welcome

Welcome to Holistic Haven, I have been a Complementary Therapist for the past seven years. I have had an interest in health, diet and a natural way of life for as long as I can remember, and my long time aim has been to become a Naturopath. Not being academically minded, or inclined, I found my way into Holistic Therapies and several years later I'm now a qualified Naturopathic Nutrition Practitioner.

My initial training was At Chichester College of Technology, where I attained an I.I.H.H.T (International Institute for Health and Holistic Therapies) in Holistic Therapy, combining several modalities including Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy. I also attained my Reiki I and II degree.

From there I lived in New Zealand for a year where I learnt some very valuable techniques and methods that I still use today.

One of the techniques I learnt was Fascial Kenetics otherwise known as the Bowen Technique, and I became a qualified Bowen practitioner in March 2006, with the E.C.B.S (European College of Bowen Studies).

Since September 2005 I have been attending a training course in Naturopathic Nutrition at the U.K.S.N.N (U.K School of Naturopathic Nutrition). I became a fully qualified Naturopathic Nutrition Practitioner Dip. NNP in August 2007.

Now I combine my hands on skills with Nutrition and other therapies and skills I have acquired over the years.

I am also a member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) and I am fully insured.

I work from home on the beach on Hayling Island, which is a key contributing factor to my sense of calm and tranquility that I hope you too will experience and enjoy during your treatment. ~ Adèle Simpson
